Your photo,
our house rules.

By adding a photo you agree that:

• It is a photo of you, and you have the right to use it.
• It shows nothing sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise offensive, and no one else who has not agreed to appear.
• It contains no contact details, promotions or text.
• The studio may remove a photo that breaks these rules, and repeated breaches may end your access to photos.

The app asks you to agree to these rules once, before your first upload, and again if they change. An upload is refused until you have.

Other Power Zone members see your photo where the app shows members to one another: the race leaderboard, and the attendee list of a class you are booked into. Nowhere else. Staff tools show whether a photo is on file, never the picture.

Hide my photo in the app stops it being shown to other members from the next read onward; Remove photo deletes the stored image. You can also choose not to see any particular member's photo: on their row, choose Hide this photo for me and you will see their initials instead. That member is not told, and you can show it again at any time.

If a member's photo breaks these rules, report it from their row on the leaderboard or the attendee list: choose Report this photo, pick a reason, add a note if you want, and send. The studio reviews every report. The member whose photo was reported is not told who reported it, and you are not told the outcome.

A report records who reported whom, the reason, the note, and which photo was on file at the time, so the studio can act on the right picture. Reports are kept while both accounts exist and are deleted with either account.

Studio staff can remove any member's photo, with a recorded note of why, and can dismiss a report that does not describe a breach. A removed photo disappears from every other member's view on the next read; the member can add a new one that follows the rules. Repeated breaches may end a member's access to photos.
