BEGINNERS WELCOME

This is Power Zone.
What your first class looks like
There is nothing to master before you walk in. Give yourself room to settle in, learn the setup, and take the class one cue at a time.
Check your booking details before you leave and give yourself a little extra time for your first visit, so you can settle in and ask questions.
Listen for the instructor’s cues, get familiar with the setup, and ask for a movement to be explained whenever you need it.
Follow along at the pace that works for you. Take a break when you need one and check in with the instructor if you want another way to approach a movement.

Is Jump Fitness for beginners?
You do not need trampoline experience, dance experience, or perfect coordination to start.
Your job is not to perform for the room. Listen for the instructor’s cues, learn one movement at a time, and keep the pace that works for you. You can pause, reset, and ask questions along the way.
Before you come
The essentials are simple. For class-specific rules, use the details in your live booking and confirmation instead of guessing.

What does the workout feel like?
Think music, instructor-led movement, and your own fitness trampoline. Some class formats lean into full-body movement; others focus on upper body, lower body, or sculpt work.
Your individual fitness trampoline is the center of the class experience.
Music and instructor cues keep the class moving together.
Jump, Full Body, Upper Body, Lower Body, and Booty Sculpt formats keep the emphasis fresh.

A shared room. Your own starting point.
