Who we are

What the website collects

• Public marketing pages use no analytics or advertising trackers. App-account services and the staff portal use essential authentication cookies.
• The staff portal uses Supabase authentication and secure cookies inaccessible to browser scripts, renewed for 30 days while in use. Authorized staff can access the member details needed to fulfill rewards and prizes, assist initial account setup, and review reported photos. Actions are recorded against the shared studio account. A pending action and its note may be kept in the current browser tab until it is resolved or staff sign out, to recover safely from a lost connection. Photo previews are temporary. Passwords, tokens, member details and previews are excluded from application logs and URLs.
• Our hosting infrastructure may keep short-lived technical logs of requests, such as the address a request came from, the page requested, and the time, for security and troubleshooting.
• The class schedule, booking, pricing, and account areas are provided by Arketa inside embedded frames on the Book, Memberships, Personal Training, and Account pages. Information you enter there, including bookings, purchases, and account details, is collected by Arketa under Arketa's privacy policy, and Power Zone receives it as the studio you book with. Arketa may set its own cookies inside those frames.
• The studio map on the Home and Location pages is provided by Google Maps and may set Google cookies when it loads. See Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
• Links to WhatsApp and Instagram take you to services run by Meta, which apply their own privacy policies once you leave this site.

The Ask Power Zone assistant

• Messages you type into the assistant are sent to OpenAI, together with approved studio information, to generate a reply. OpenAI processes them under its API data policies. See OpenAI's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
• Power Zone does not store your messages or the replies. The conversation exists only in your browser for the current visit and is gone when you leave the page.
• When you ask about the schedule, the assistant checks the live class schedule. It cannot see or change your account, bookings, memberships, or payments.
• We record content-free usage events, such as that a conversation started, how long a reply took, and which type of button was used, under a random session identifier created when you open the assistant. These events never include what you wrote or what the assistant said.
• Please do not share payment card details, passwords, or medical information with the assistant. For account matters, use your Power Zone account page or contact the studio directly.

Your choices

• You can use the website without the assistant. Nothing is sent to OpenAI unless you open it and send a message.
• Embedded Arketa and Google content loads only on the pages that use it, and each page with an embed also offers a direct link to the same service.
• To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information Power Zone holds about you, email manager@powerzone.fit. Arketa account data can also be managed from your Power Zone account.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through it.
