Power Zone mobile app
The Race,
plainly explained.
The Race is a studio challenge in the Power Zone app: the first member to reach the target number of recorded classes wins the prize. These are the rules the app applies. They describe the Race as it runs; they are not a contract and they do not change any studio membership, pricing or booking terms.
Rules as of 2026-09-19. The same rules are shown inside the app under the Race prize.
1. Who takes part
Every member whose Power Zone app account is linked to their studio client record takes part automatically from the moment they are linked. There is nothing to join, nothing to leave, no entry fee, no entry deadline and no purchase beyond the studio membership or class pack you already use to attend classes. Taking part costs nothing and buys nothing.
Power Zone's owners and staff, and the studio's own test and review accounts, take part like anyone else and appear on the leaderboard, but they cannot win the prize. The Race is won by the first eligible member.
2. What counts
Progress is the number of classes the studio's own attendance records show you attended at Power Zone on or after the day the Race started. Only a class the studio has checked you into and recorded counts; a booking, a QR scan or a check-in on its own does not. The app reads those records from the studio system several times a day, so a class usually appears within a few hours.
If the studio corrects an attendance record, the Race follows the correction: a class removed from your record is removed from your progress, and the standings move with it.
3. The leaderboard
The leaderboard in the app shows every member in the Race by first name and last initial as held in the studio's client record, their profile photo where they have one and show it (or their initials), how many recorded classes they have toward the target, and their position. The order is by who reached the target first, then by count. Any linked member can see the board.
4. How the winner is decided
The winner is the eligible member whose target class — the twentieth, in the current Race to 20 — has the earliest class start time. Every eligible member whose target class is that very same class wins too, and each winner receives the prize.
A win is confirmed, not announced on the spot. The app waits eight days after the winning day so the studio's attendance records for that period are complete and any correction has been applied; only then is the win settled, the winners told in the app, and the Race closed on the winning day. Classes attended after the winning day do not change the result. Until the win is settled, nothing in the app names a winner.
The Race has no time limit. It continues until it is won.
5. The prize
The prize for the current Race is a Celvion wellness ring, one for each winner. Once the win is settled, the studio lets the winner know in the app and the ring is collected at the studio whenever the winner chooses; there is no deadline to claim it. The prize is a physical item from the studio: it has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred or exchanged for credit, classes or membership time.
6. Power Points
Power Points are the app's loyalty points. You earn one Power Point for each class you attend that the studio records, starting from the date shown in the app. Every eligible member who has reached the Race target by the winning day also receives the points the Race promises (five, in the current Race), awarded when the win is settled.
Power Points are non-cash loyalty units. They can be redeemed only for the rewards listed in the app, at the point price shown beside each reward, and only while your app account is open. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and can go down if the studio corrects an attendance record. Unused points are lost when an app account is deleted.
7. Fair play
The Race counts real attendance at the studio and nothing else. Nobody is disqualified for how they train or how often; the only exception is cheating, such as exploiting the app or its records, in which case the studio may withhold the prize. When the studio's attendance records change, the standings follow them.
