01 · Start where you are

First Class & Beginners

What the class is like, how to follow along, and what to expect when everything is new.

01

What is a Power Zone Jump Class?

It is an instructor-led trampoline fitness class built around music and movement. Your individual fitness trampoline is the center of the workout, and the class focus may include Jump, Full Body, Upper Body, Lower Body, or Booty Sculpt.

02

Can complete beginners keep up?

Yes—no trampoline experience is required. The instructor will show you the basics, and you can learn the setup one cue at a time instead of trying to match every person in the room.

03

Do I need good coordination?

No. You do not need dance experience or perfect coordination to start. Listen for the instructor’s cues, focus on one movement at a time, and pause and reset whenever you need to.

04

What if I’m out of shape?

You do not need to match the room move for move. Keep the pace that works for you and take a break when you need one. If you are returning to exercise with an injury or medical concern, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

05

Do I have to jump the entire class?

No. You can take a break, pause to reset, or rejoin when you are ready. The goal for a first class is to learn the setup and work at a pace you can manage—not to follow every movement without stopping.

06

Can movements be modified?

If a movement does not work for you, pause and ask the instructor for another way to approach it. You can also ask for a movement to be explained again before continuing.

07

How do I get 50% off my first class?

The offer is for new clients booking their first Power Zone Jump Class. Choose a class from the live schedule and follow the booking details to claim 50% off. The live booking flow shows the current offer terms.

02 · Know before you jump

Safety & Participation

Straightforward guidance about learning the trampoline and making an informed choice for your body.

01

Will I fall off the trampoline?

No movement-based class can promise that a fall or misstep will never happen. First-timers are shown the basics and can get familiar with the trampoline one cue at a time. Move at a pace you can control, pause to reset when needed, and ask the instructor to explain any movement that feels unclear.

02

Is Jump Fitness hard on my knees or joints?

How an active, trampoline-based class feels depends on the individual, and Power Zone cannot assess medical suitability online. If you have knee or joint pain, an injury, are pregnant, or have another medical concern, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before participating. You can also ask the studio what a class involves before booking.
